We work fast. Think experienced-Zapier-expert fast. Typically, we’ll complete 1 or 2 zaps during a session – that’s a lot more than most users could accomplish in that time.
If the tool is listed in the Zapier directory, we can probably work with it!
We’ll usually know from the get-go if it’ll take more than one session to build your automation. But if our session is winding down and we still need a couple of extra minutes to complete the build, that’s fine. We’re not clock-watchers.
Yes, every session is recorded. Reach out if you’d like a copy of the recording and we’ll send it your way.
We troubleshoot any zaps that we build for 7 days – free of charge.
While we work fast and accomplish as much as possible during the session (often we can complete 1-2 zaps), it can sometimes take more than one session to complete an automation. In more complex cases, it makes sense to purchase one of our other packages to complete the full project.
We have several fast-working Zapier experts who are super proficient in all things automation. You’ll be automatically assigned to whoever is available first.

- Keep all necessary login information handy. (That includes Zapier and any of the apps we’ll be integrating during the session.)
